We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your system within 30 days of delivery. Custom-engraved or specialized liquid-cooled systems may be subject to a restocking fee.

Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.

Secure Packaging
Pack the system in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to MAINGEAR
Affix the shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location.

Inspection & Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
